The founders of Business Plaza gained substantial experience working with volunteer and ‘not-for-profit’
organisations, developing sponsorships and managing the relationship between sponsor and club or school. They were the first specialist providers of sponsorship management services to this very important sector of the community, and built a strong client base.
The founders of Business Plaza do not regard this as a new marketing model – they see this as more of a ‘platform’
where businesses and communities come together for their individual benefits and helps each other sustain and flourish without having to subscribe to any direct transactional relationship.
Each Business Plaza is unique to a club or school, and is linked from the club or school’s web site, with each member of the club or school receiving an electronic membership card on their smart phone via the Business Plaza app.
Advertisers receive a listing under their business category, such as ‘Restaurants’
, ‘Motor Vehicle’ or ‘Health & Fitness’ which links to, and drives enquiry to, their own web site. Business Plaza communicates to members by e-newsletters, electronic Direct Mailers, emails, promotional flyers, smart phone apps, point of sale material and networking events. Retail advertisers are provided with point of sale promotional material including stickers and counter cards showing their business proudly supports the club or school, building strong association with the local community. Advertisers in each Business Plaza are invited to that club or school's functions such as Season Launch, End of Year Functions, Home Games and Social Events allowing networking with other advertisers and members of the community, providing new sources of business.
Business Plaza provides a complete framework to make this all work smoothly. With fast growing acceptance among businesses for the effective reach model, Business Plaza is on its way to becoming a truly global operation. Find out more here: http://businessplaza.com.au/
