Winnipeg Dental Clinic Celebrates 20th Anniversary with New Name, Brand

WINNIPEG, Manitoba - Aug. 26, 2014 - PRLog -- Edge Dental, a boutique dental clinic in Tuxedo that has served patients throughout the region for 20 years, has officially changed its name and announced a new rebranding effort.

The clinic, formerly known as Tuxedo Edge Dental Centre, was founded in 1994. Since then, it has built a reputation in the community for providing outstanding care, especially related to cosmetic dentistry, TMD treatment and general dental services. The practice is now accepting new patients, including young children, the elderly and entire families.

In other recent news, Edge Dental also has a new owner in Dr. Alanna Junaid, a distinguished young professional who has won a number of awards in her budding career. Dr. Allan Winchar and Dr. Reynaldo Todescan, Jr. will remain on the team as dentists, and the clinic will be open on weekends and evenings to accommodate patients’ busy schedules and various needs.

Edge Dental is also now offering state-of-the-art Carestream panoramic imaging, which provides top-quality images at the lowest possible levels of radiation. This system minimizes positioning errors and allows dentists, hygienists and dental assistants to quickly and effectively capture patient images to help in the delivery of care and treatments.

Although some things have changed at Edge Dental, the clinic will continue to operate the principles that have allowed it to achieve so much success over the past two decades. The practice now has two University of Manitoba Gold Medalists on its staff, including Dr. Junaid and Aaron Szucsik, a dental hygienist.
