David I. Alfin Earns Top Listing Agent for June at Watson Realty Corp

PALM COAST, Fla. - Aug. 26, 2014 - PRLog -- Palm Coast, Fla. – David I. Alfin, a Watson Realty Corp. associate, has earned top listing agent in the Palm Coast office for June, 2014.

“The real estate market in Flagler County is improving and now is a great time to sell,” said Alfin. “Many of our sellers have multiple bids and are happy to be receiving full asking price for their home.”

Alfin also received top listing agent in April. He launched his real estate brand, Exceptional Performance, in 2013 and was hired by Watson Realty Corp., the number one independently owned real estate company in Northeast Florida and a trusted name in real estate since 1965. Alfin grew up in Florida where his father instilled in him a unique perspective on sales and customer service. As a former CEO of Channel and a President of Max Factor, he understood the importance of satisfying demands of discriminating clientele.

He earned his New York Real Estate License in 2008 and first practiced in Manhasset, New York. Moving to Palm Coast in 2012, he activated his Florida Real Estate License.
