Wellbeing 2015 - A bold new vision for corporate wellbeing

LONDON - Aug. 26, 2014 - PRLog -- Big news for the HR and employee benefits community. Reward Gateway launched an exiting new event series – Wellbeing 2015. These events aim to educate and inspire around the technological revolution, which allows us to help employees make real, positive changes to their health and wellbeing in a quantifiable, measurable and trackable way.

So far, one event took place in London on 25th July, where presenters gave opinion on the current state of health and wellbeing. The CEO of Reward Gateway, Glenn Elliot kicked off the Wellbeing 2015 by introducing people and thinking behind the importance and emergence of wellbeing.

Then continued Dr. Chris Brauer, Senior Lecturer at Goldsmiths College University of London, where he talked about the future of wearables in the workplace and their potential impact on employee productivity and performance.

Other noticeable speeches are the one of David Stalker, CEO of UK Active who reveals some shocking statistics about the current state of employee wellbeing in the UK, and Richard Hurd-Wood, our Chief Product Officer, who talked about the latest in health and wellbeing technology as well as the implications for use in the workplace.

Overall, Wellbeing 2015 is presenting a bold new vision for corporate wellbeing, and how we will change our entire approach to employee health and wellbeing. It was not an average event, because there were interacting tech demos, animations, statistics and motivational speeches. As wearable technology for monitoring health is gaining popularity fast, Wellbeing 2015 is covering all the latest, yet recently entered into the market health technology to improve corporate wellbeing.
