Briar Chapel Leads 2014 Real Estate Growth in Triangle

As of second quarter reports, Briar Chapel claimed a 38 percent market share for annual starts in Chatham County and secured 10 percent of annual closings within the top 10 communities in the Triangle. Metrostudy ranked Briar Chapel as the third highest community in the Triangle for annual starts ahead of more than 1,500 other communities in the area.
