BBS, Inc. Is Expanding in Boston!

BOSTON - Aug. 21, 2014 - PRLog -- BBS, Inc. is expanding right here in Boston!  Andrew Brisson, graduate of Plymouth State University in New Hampshire, was recently promoted to Management.  Growing up, Drew lived in Manchester, New Hampshire where he played sports such as baseball, basketball, and soccer.  He attended Plymouth State University where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Communications.

Drew started at an entry-level position in the beginning of 2011, here in Boston, where he learned the product knowledge of our client, Verizon.  He learned how to self-manage and how to become comfortable with public speaking, which are two essential skills in order to succeed at an entry-level position.  Within a month he was promoted to a leadership position.  As a leader, Drew was given the opportunity to interview potential sales representatives.  He learned how to train and develop others as well as run campaign workshops in the office.  In just under 18 months, Drew illustrated the company essentials in order to be promoted to an Assistant Manager.

As an Assistant Manager, Drew continued to work as a sales representative in the field, but was also given the opportunity to work in the office as well.  He learned operational management as well as administrative tasks.  He also took on the responsibility of running meetings in the office.  In order to become promoted to a management position, Drew needed to demonstrate the ability to manage and train a large group of individuals.  Drew’s trainees had to produce at least four thousand dollars two weeks in a row in order for him to become promoted to Management.  He has been able to prove to BBS, Inc. that he deserves to become a manager by hitting the necessary qualifications, which are set by the management team.  President, Vince Conley promoted Drew this past week to Management!

As a Manager, Drew is able to start his own company and is given the option of representing AT&T, Direct Energy, Staples, Verizon, T-Mobile, Century Link, and Best Buy.  He has chosen to continue to represent Verizon and open his office, Granite Marketing Inc., here in the Boston area on September 8, 2014.  Eight sales representatives will be relocating with Drew to his office in Stoneham, MA.  Drew commented about choosing to stay in the area and continuing to represent Verizon saying, “I feel that there will be more opportunity throughout this area in the future with Verizon.”  BBS, Inc. could not be more proud of all of Drew’s accomplishments and can’t wait to see what he does at Granite Marketing Inc.
