Marsha Mozammel wins hearing on behalf of former employee that was terminated by her employer

NEW YORK - Aug. 21, 2014 - PRLog -- Attorney Marsha Mozammel, an associate of the law firm Imbesi Christensen, successfully represented a former employee of The First Chinese Presbyterian ("First Chinese").

The Honorable Justin Denton issued an award in favor of the firm's client after an in-person hearing was conducted.  The decision overruled First Chinese's request to stop payment of benefits to the firm's client.

Specifically, the decision set forth the following:

DECISION: The employer's objections, contending the claimant should be disqualified from receiving benefits because of employment misconduct ... are overruled."

Judge Denton determined that Ms. Mozammel successfully proved that the employer's objection should be denied.
