Commenting on the success of the show, STAG Group Stand Manager, Neville French said:
“We were visited by all the aerospace primes from both sides of the Atlantic. Footfall was high and enquiries came from both existing and new customers.
“Main points of interest on the stand were a damage resistant print process that can be adopted in a number of aircraft interior applications including seat back meal trays and cabin dividers and a new lightweight seatbelt which is not only weight saving but offers significant branding / design opportunities.”
The STAG Group will reveal further new products at Farnborough Airshow and, following the success of this year’s Hamburg event, the company is already planning its return to the Aircraft Interiors Exhibition in 2015.
The STAG Group (turnover circa £24m with sites in the UK, France and US) has two divisions: Spectech Supply Chain Services provides a complete aerospace and defence parts service and Aircraft Interiors focusses on design solutions for the aerospace interiors market. Aircraft Components, Flitetec and RACE Completions are all brands within the Aircraft Interiors Division. Solutions are provided for fixed wing, helicopter, military vehicle and marine applications for an international client base in both the commercial and defence sectors.
