Follow on Google News | Kelley Kronenberg’s Amanda Mitteer Bartley Elected to Florida Bar 20th Circuit Grievance CommitteeThe Bar’s local grievance committees are composed of lawyer and non-lawyer volunteers, and each of Florida's 20 judicial circuits has at least one such committee. These grievance committees are tasked with determining whether there is probable cause to believe a lawyer violated the professional conduct rules imposed by the Supreme Court of Florida, and whether discipline against the lawyer appears to be warranted. Ms. Bartley, who is based in Kelley Kronenberg’s Fort Myers office, focuses her practice on Workers’ Compensation litigation defense on behalf of insurance companies and employers.
