“Happy Homes U.S.A.” is the bi-monthly on-demand newsletter circulated online via HGRBS which offers valuable information specific to American homeowners and homerenters. The information is provided towards assisting residents to make safer and more effective home maintenance and improvement decisions. These are especially with regard to standards for selecting and hiring people to perform or assist with their special home projects.
History & Development
The periodical made its debut in November 2011 via HGRBS as a voice for homeowners and homerenters who happen to reside in the U.S. Anticipations were high about those concerned responding with their stories which would be very useful to others similarly situated. Although the first few stories came in without a hitch, the space reserved for these responses suddenly weren’t used. Hence the space reserved for the intended sharing by non-responsive residents began to be filled in by internal announcements, extra consumer advice, first-party commentary, and second-hand reports.
However, the focus was(as it is) relative to supporting the rights and privileges of the private home sector for continually enhancing the comforts and conveniences of their homes.
In spite of the large volume of information available through government agencies to encourage residents to make wiser choices about personnel they consider, select, and hire to address their home project needs, it was noted that much of it goes largely ignored or bypassed.
Additionally, it was found that often residents apparently either don’t know or forget what elected and appointed officials have done and are doing to make getting home projects accomplished at minimal risk; or they aren’t that familiar with the positive things government has done and is doing to serve, protect, and to go to bat for them.
Succinctly, the permanent addition to the “Government Boutique” is no longer an option for HGRBS. Instead, it has become a crucial necessity on the premise that in the absence of this government advice and support for country’s homeowners and homerenters, the network holds that any sound hopes for attaining and/or sustaining genuine happiness in the home setting would be immensely compromised to economic and social anarchy.
Therefore, the primary objective for adding the “Government Boutique” is apparently to provide an extended platform for dissemination of the invaluable information entailed, knowing that it will be helpful to residents of the domestic private home front.
