Cox Chevy is Now Selling Custom Lifted 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 Trucks

BRADENTON, Fla. - Aug. 18, 2014 - PRLog -- Cox Chevy in Bradenton, FL has begun selling Chevy pickups modified with lift kits designed to raise the suspension and increase ride height. A lifted 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 pickup is currently available at the dealership, and more lifted trucks will be for arriving in the future. Drivers can also work with Cox Chevy to create and order their own custom Rocky Ridge trucks.

The Silverado currently for sale has been modified with a lift kit from Rocky Ridge Trucks. The decision to rely on Rocky Ridge was made after vetting a number of the top custom truck companies in the country.

Kris Cox, Executive Manager at Cox Chevy and Cox Mazda said of the decision to collaborate with Rocky Ridge, “Finally, we have found a custom lift company that provides a product our customers expect. We are extremely excited to offer these trucks to our customers.”

In addition to its raised height, the lifted 2014 Chevy Silverado features a 5.3L FlexFuel EcoTec3 V8 engine that can run on 85% ethanol fuel, as well as the Z71 off-road package designed to optimize the truck's performance on rough terrain. Interior technologies include a touchscreen navigation system, keyless entry and ignition, and a rearview camera.

The lifted Silverado also comes with a two-year warranty that covers basic scheduled maintenance including oil changes and tire rotations. The pickup is currently for sale for $58,480 and can be financed for $730 per month. The listed price includes $1,500 in rebates from GM that are available until September 2, 2014

Cox Chevy plans to make lifted trucks a new feature of its inventory in order to offer customers easier access to popular modifications. Customers also have the option to special order a truck according to their personal specifications. Cox Chevy will work with Rocky Ridge Trucks to build in the required modifications, making the dealership one of the few authorized GM dealers to have custom trucks available.
