Kirchhoff-Consigli Construction Management Announces Addition of Eight Employees in Pleasant Valley

PLEASANT VALLEY, N.Y. - Aug. 18, 2014 - PRLog -- PLEASANT VALLEY, New York - Kirchhoff-Consigli Construction Management (KCCM) is pleased to announce the addition of eight building industry professionals to their Pleasant Valley office. New employees include Marcela Restrepo de Mango, Barry Roman, Robert Seckler, Matthew Seckler, Kristen Brown, Alex Puckett, Everett Spear, and John Daniel Swass.

Marcela Restrepo de Mango, Project Manager, has twelve years of experience overseeing all construction phases of large mixed-use projects and is currently working on a new 100,000 square-foot residence hall for Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, New York. Marcela received her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Universidad EIA School of Engineering in Medellin, Colombia and has completed Construction Management and HVAC studies at New York University.  She resides in Newburgh, New York.

Barry Roman brings fifteen years of construction management experience in the public and private sector throughout New York and Connecticut to his role as Project Manager. He is currently working on construction of Pace University’s master plan at its Pleasantville campus in Westchester, New York.  He received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology and resides in Ridgefield, Connecticut.

With more than 30 years of experience in supervising all phases of construction and field operations throughout the tri-state area, Robert Seckler joins KCCM as Superintendent.  His experience ranges from medical and municipal to academic projects, and he is currently working on Pace University’s Pleasantville master plan in Westchester. Robert is a resident of Poughquag, New York.

Matthew Seckler joins KCCM’s Estimating Department as Assistant Estimator. He has more than five years of experience in project estimating, purchasing, cost control and management in the commercial construction industry in New York and studied Architecture and Construction Management at Dutchess Community College. He resides in Wappinger Falls, New York.

Kristen Brown joins KCCM as a Project Engineer and is currently working on The Culinary Institute of America’s new Student Commons and Brooklyn Brewery addition in Hyde Park, New York. Kristen is a graduate of Syracuse University L.C. Smith College of Engineering with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and lives in Poughkeepsie, New York.

Alex Puckett, Project Engineer, is currently working on Northern Dutchess Hospital’s new medical pavilion in Rhinebeck, New York. He is a graduate of Dutchess Community College and resides in Red Hook, New York.

Everett Spear, Project Engineer, is a recent graduate of Syracuse University, with a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering. He is a resident of Poughkeepsie, New York and is currently working on Pace University’s Pleasantville master plan in Westchester.

John Daniel Swass, also a recent graduate, joins KCCM as a Project Engineer. He is working on various projects at Pace University in Westchester.  John received his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Sustainable Construction Management from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry and Syracuse University.  He resides in Salt Point, New York.
