The 2014 Phenomz Hip Hop Desert Reign Awards Announcement

PHOENIX - Aug. 18, 2014 - PRLog -- Last week, Global Phenomz CEO Christian Phyfier and Phenomz Entertainment announced the first ever recipients of the Arizona Hip Hop Desert Reign Award, sponsored by Two22Radio & HKS Studios. This award is given to artists that Team Phenomz believes demonstrates the most creativity and lyricism in their music. Unlike other awards, the Desert Reign Award is not a fan voting award. Submissions are taken by any member of the company and can be submitted to the judges panel. The panel analyzes the music for months before declaring the winners. Global Phenomz executives are not allowed to sit on the judges panel for any award given.

This years recipients are: Hannibal Leq, Bucc Rogers, E Batt, Jalahl Jr., and Dash Money.

Each artist announced becomes apart of a new tradition founded by the company in which they will undergo a series of events that display their talents, and the reason for being chosen as Arizona's Desert Reign. The two largest of the events of course are the artists being on the cover of Phenomz Magazine with a full spread written inside and shooting a video cypher with Phenomz Media Productions that will be featured in the online version of the magazine and on the homepage of GlobalPhenomz.com.

Christian Phyfier speaks on how he plans to make this award grow each year, and that come 2016, the Phenomz Awards will be a full on event catering to the top models, actresses, actors, recording artists in many different genres, entrepreneurs and other entertainment  talents.

He states:

"The artists this year, are extremely talented, all with different perspectives and different styles. I don't really think they understand that history is being made, but like anything, no one knows until it is, we just do what we do best until then."

Since the founding of Global Phenomz the simple moves such as  the Desert Reign Award have been the main fuel of the company success. Christian has stated numerous times, that the power for growth and success is with coming together and showing support and giving recognition where recognition is due. This event shows that spirit, and while it stirs controversy in the Arizona Hip Hop market it also gives artists something to look forward to, and aim for.

"For a lot of entertainers we work with, now and in the future, we are sometimes the first award they have received while on the road to their dreams" Says Phyfier. "My company and I want to continue to provide entertainers the confidence and motivation in knowing that whatever they are doing, we believe they are doing it well, and to keep going."
