Follow on Google News | Capital Hoedown Promoter Denis Benoit Settles Defamation Lawsuit Against BloggerGreg Harris has made a formal apology on his website to Capital Hoedown founder Denis Benoit over false claims made in a blog post.
By: Capital Hoedown The lawsuit was filed by Benoit’s lawyer, Jonathan Collings of Low Murchison Radnoff LLP, at the Superior Court of Justice, asking the the court to award Benoit the sum of $250,000 in damages for the libelous publication.
