This Mohave Valley commercial property consisted of 7 buildings, over 14,500 sq. ft. of space on 1.67 acres of land. The property had been on the market for over three years prior to its sale in August, 2014 to a Southern California contractor.

According to a Western AZ. Data Exchange (WARDEX), this is the first commercial property in its inventory to sell in 2014 in Mohave Valley, not including raw land.
