NEW YORK - Aug. 15, 2014 - PRLog -- Attorney Michael Redenburg successfully represented a former employee of Luxottica Retail d/b/a LensCrafters in order to secure the former employee's unemployment insurance benefits. Initially, the Department of Labor issued an initial determination that the claimant lost employment through misconduct in connection with that employment and therefore denied the claimant's benefits.

Therafter, the former LUX employee retained Attorney Redenburg to represent him at a hearing which was held before the Honorable David Kogelman. The Hearing was initially requested on March 26, 2014, and after two appearances a decision was made, then mailed and filed on August 13, 2014. In sum, the Judge decided that the claimant is allowed benefits with respect to the issues decided therein.

Attorney Redenburg represented the claimant to secure his unemployment insurance benefits which his employer originally denied and Attorney Redenburg also represents employees who are denied overtime pay by their employers.
