Technology Excellence Revisited at the ELEKS’ Annual Corporate Meeting

The official part of the event included a presentation by the company’s top management, highlighting the recent developments, business results and future strategies for ELEKS. The top performers were honored for their dedication to technology excellence and significant contribution to the company’s success.

Oleksiy Skrypnyk, Founder and CEO, opened the meeting with an inspirational speech on the company’s accomplishments and challenges for the year as well as future growth opportunities. Ruslan Zakharchenko, COO, emphasized the team’s ongoing commitment to helping industry leaders and technology challengers convert creative ideas into tangible value by providing unique and reliable software solutions. Yuriy Kapkovskyy, VP Business Development in North America, reported on the sales results and the expansion of ELEKS’ representative office network to include New York, USA, and London, UK. He also commemorated the company’s newly established as well as long-term cultivated partnerships with industry leaders and trend-setters such as Microsoft, Intel, IBM, NVIDIA and many more.

Victor Haydin, head of Products & Services, spoke on the further development of the company’s high-end service offerings and solutions including software engineering, technology consulting, data science, digital production and mobility. Taras Tovstyak, VP Delivery, recounted the significant improvements in the company’s project management and analysis processes as well as the actual results delivered by these enhancements. Oleh Duhin, VP Resources, described the company’s new organizational structure and the increasing focus on successful talent management as one of the key priorities for the company that presently nurtures more than 900 associates.

The team of the award-winning ELEKS Google Glass Experiment, a proof of concept for using Google Glass in sports, was recognized for the most innovative technology project. Yuriy Guts was acknowledged as the top performer for his excellence in R&D, while Volodymyr Rybalkin was honored for achieving a prestigious professional certification in business analysis.

After the presentation followed by an open Q&A session, employees were invited to continue their interaction in a pleasant outdoor location with barbecue, sports and exciting workshops included into the program.
