Look at this video and determine if the officer should face charges for murder. If you believe so, then notify the FBI to have them make an investigation. This man, Rolando Villanueva did not deserve to die like that. he had no weapon, had engaged in fleeing behavior and had rammed three automobiles. That is not sufficient cause to kill him. This was murder by police. In even the biggest cities where there are many more possible civilian injuries the police don't just shoot someone to stop a chase. In fact laws have been enacted across the country restraining chases of low level criminals. This was an abberation that should not be tolerated by a free society that respects our laws. It is true that this officer stopped me once and he could have executed me at that time much the way he executed this person. It scares me to death that this officer could have killed me and gotten away with it. given what I know about Yakima and their tendency to make things secret and cover things up I have no doubt that I, like Rolando, would not have had a voice. I am here to give Rolando a voice from the dead where he was sent by Ira Cavin of the Yakima Police Department. This is an officer who took a blood sample that had nothing in it and suddenly made it appear as if I had been using drugs and the entire system was geared to protect him and now he has murdered a man and is still on the job. The world needs to protest at this and teh many times that Hispanics have been target of injury and nothng was don. This must be investigated adn I don't care what the result of that investigation would be, the facts is pure and simple: You are not shot at you don't shoot, period.
This man had stopped me and I realized that he could not be trusted because I am not the easiest person to interact with when I know I am right. I gave him a piece of my mind and he remained so calm and never bat an eye. To me, this ment that he was dangerous.http://www.nbcrightnow.com/story/25861917/graphic-video-s...
