Cathy Jameson is founder and Chief Visionary Officer of Jameson Management, a practice management, marketing and hygiene coaching firm. With a background in education and psychology, she worked alongside her husband to build a successful dental practice. Dr. Don Lewis is a practicing oral surgeon in Cleveland, Ohio.
