“We believe in providing a stable, supportive, and secure career path for Veterans looking to re-enter the workforce,” said Kristin Kim Haynes, IECRM COO. “Veterans have the skills and the work ethic our construction industry values, so we have become a strong community leader and resource for these individuals to get connected with available jobs in the electrical field, engineering, sales, and managerial career paths.”
IECRM is a career transition resource for Veterans in the Rocky Mountain region, providing a Four-Year Electrical Apprenticeship Program, employment assistance, tuition assistance, and continuing education. IECRM accepts GI Bill benefits for all educational programs, and gives eligible Veterans priority for tuition assistance when all other requirements are met.
