According to Lorne Polger, senior managing director of Pathfinder Partners, his firm will continue to operate Hannah Heights as a rental community for the immediate future and plans to complete several common area improvements – including new hallway wall art, new lighting and painting and designer upgrades to the leasing office and lobby, as well as updating and modernizing the onsite gym.
Polger noted that the property is an appealing investment on multiple levels. “We have been tracking Hannah Heights for more than two years and are pleased to finally be able to conclude this acquisition,”
All units feature high-end finishes, including hardwood flooring with radiant heating, granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances and washers/dryers. Hannah Heights also contains a secure, ground level parking garage with 44 spaces, along with private storage units.
