The first part of the 3-hour seminar was conducted by Dr Jackia Lee, Managing Director of Holistic Consultant Ltd. The topics covered included the differences between brand and brand values, the formation of brand values, the powerful customer bonding in this new era and the application of customer bonding in an innovative way.
In the latter half of the seminar, there were two case studies presented by Patrick So, Director of Cakes and Bakery Maxim’s Group, and Ricky Ng, CEO of Ulferts of Sweden (Far East) Ltd.
