California Composer Dedicates Bollywood Album To Maestro Bappi Da & Padmashree Kavita Krishnamurthy

LOS ANGELES - Aug. 13, 2014 - PRLog -- Sandeep Khurana's dedicated his new music album, "The Bappi Da Magic" to the Bollywood Maestro Bappi Lahiri, popularly known as Bappi Da among his millions of fans across the globe.

Comprising of lounge style remixes of songs originally composed by Bappi Da for Bollywood films like Namak Halal, Sharabi starring Amitabh Bachchan, Sandeep Khurana has sung and produced the remixes in the album.

At an event organized by Instant Karma on August 4, 2014 in Hayward, California, Bollywood Maestro Bappi Da and Padmashree Kavita Krishnamurthy welcomed the release of the album and congratulated Sandeep.   Sandeep also sang one of the songs from the album, "Mumbai se aaye Bappi Da", in honor of the composer at the event which was appreciated by the audience including Bappa Lahiri, son of Legend Bappi Da.  Bappa Lahiri is an excellent composer and musician himself.

"The Bappi Da Magic" has remixes of some of the musical gems of Bappi like "Raat Baaki", "Pyar Maanga Hai", "Pag Ghungroo Baandh", mixed in lounge style with English vocals, also by Sandeep Khurana. The sounds are a fascinating blend of New Age synthesized music, organic guitars sounds, voices, and rhythmic beats.
