The Tree of Health Center Introduces a Free Introductory Self Hypnosis Class with Marce Hilferty

NEWTON, N.J. - Aug. 13, 2014 - PRLog -- The Tree of Health Center proudly introduces its new facilitator Marce Hilferty, who will instruct an introductory class on 7^th Path Self Hypnosis on Saturday, August 23. 7^th Path Self Hypnosis is a revolutionary new approach to self improvement, in which individuals will learn how to take a mind-body-spirit approach to hypnosis to “depgrogam” the mind, therefore allowing room for positive change. This form of self hypnosis is used by athletes to reach their full potential and can help the everyday person to reduce daily stress, increase self confidence, sleep better, end harmful habits, improve mood and concentration, manage anger, mend relationship issues and more.

In her introductory class, Marce will introduce 7^th Path Self Hypnosis; explain how the mind works; instruct how to induce self hypnosis; and coach how to use the practice to your advantage. Marce is a National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH) certified Master hypnotist, a certified 7^th Path Self Hypnosis Hypnotist via CalBanyanHypnosisCenter and a certified 7^th Path Hypnotist teacher. She believes the change individuals so greatly yearn for must begin within their own self, and she instructs the 7^th Path Self Hypnosis class to help those who are ready to embrace the method.

The Tree of Health Center is holding additional events on Saturday, August 23 - make a day of it! From 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., the Energy Healing Share, a $10 investment for practitioners, invites energy healing practitioners to refine their skills and deepen relationships with their chosen modalities. Starting at 12 p.m.noon, the Center will set up a clinic to allow everyone in the community to experience the healing power from all the practitioners. Enjoy Reiki, Cranio Sacral, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Aura Healing, Ensofic Ray Healing, Healing Touch and other modalities. Gratitude offerings of $25 are greatly appreciated. Then, The Tree of Health Center will hold its monthly Spiritual Movie Night from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Watch an inspirational, uplifting movie with others within the community.
