The Cupboard Inc. to give away tickets for upcoming season

INDIANAPOLIS - Aug. 12, 2014 - PRLog -- The Cupboard Inc. recently announced its new fundraising campaign to help with the efforts of launching a mobile food pantry and to help offset the touring costs for their touring production of Oprah Winfrey’s The Color Purple. The organization has now added a perk for those who donate to their GoFundMe campaign—free season tickets for the 2014 season.

“We have a lot of people who support our organization so this is our way of saying thank you.” said Samantha Pounds, the organization’s spokesperson.

Donors who contribute to the campaign will automatically be entered into a drawing to win season tickets for the 2014 season which includes True Love In A Nutshell, an original stage play written by Joyce Licorish, The Wiz and The Five Heartbeats.

According to Pounds, “Next season will be great. The company is currently on tour for their rendition of The Color Purple, but once it wraps up we will then immediately go into pre-production for next season.”

The drawing will end at midnight on September 2^nd and the winner will be announced on social media on September 5^th.

The Cupboard Inc. has a mission to launch a mobile food pantry to help families in need and once the cast and crew ends their touring production of Oprah Winfrey’s The Color Purple the group will then go on a cross tour across the United States to donate to cities in need.
