The company provides design, relocation, setup, consolidating, organizing and physical inventory of MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operating Supplies) spare part storerooms and warehouses as well as office asset inventories and bar code labeling.

Mr. Murphy started the company to fill the need for plant, facilities and purchasing managers who were desperate to find an experienced company who could clean up, organize and inventory their spare parts storerooms, and turn them from a financial black hole into a well-run, maintenance-supportive, world-class operation. Mr. Murphy held positions as a maintenance technician, lead mechanic, overhaul crew supervisor, maintenance planner and storeroom manager in both facilities, manufacturing and power plant maintenance. He has trained over 1,200 maintenance personnel in 250 companies as a CMMS Trainer. In 2007, Frank earned his Certified Plant Maintenance Manager (CPMM) credentials from the Association of Facilities Engineers. He is also a past Director of the National Association of Professional Organizers.
