PRLog - Aug. 12, 2014 - MELBOURNE, Australia -- Expertly designed four-day courses balance 16 hours theory with practice-guided tastings of fine Italian wines. Attendees learn the art of pairing wines and foods, study viticulture and oenology, and develop an appreciation for different wine styles by visual, bouquet and taste quality. Celebrated chef, Luca Chemello will create two gourmet luncheons. Regional wines and finger food delicacies will add to a convivial atmosphere.

Attendees can test their newly-acquired knowledge in a formal assessment in the best of television cooking show traditions. The three best performing students from each course will compete for glittering prizes: three return air tickets to Italy and entry as AIS special guests to the prestigious ‘VinItaly – Wine Fair’ , held annually in Verona, with hosted tours of vineyards and cellars around Veneto to indulge in gourmet foods and wines.
Courses run from Thursday to Sunday with evening sessions on weeknights and daytime sessions on weekends at the Veneto Club, Bulleen. Inclusive cost of
