KMT Posh Club Founder Tells Members to "Keep it Movin"

BOWIE, Md. - Aug. 12, 2014 - PRLog -- Shameeka Hunt, the Creator and CEO of KeepMeTight, is hosting her 3^rd exclusive KMT Posh Club event October 4, 2014 at Half Note Lounge in Bowie, MD.  This past Spring, she told her guests they’re “More Than Skin Deep” and now she’s telling them to “Keep it Movin”.  As the name suggests, Mrs. Hunt and her special guests will be educating club members on all aspects of foot health and how to stay focused and motivated in life.  She has enlisted a noteworthy panel of special guests to include Dr. Kelly Geoghan (an expert foot and ankle specialist), Michelle Greer (business developer and motivational speaker), fitness instructor, and professional dancer, to name a few.  She will also be honoring two young entrepreneurs at the event—the awards to be presented by Maryland State Senator Joanne Benson.

KeepMeTight hosts an exclusive women's event every quarter in the Washington, DC area.  Each KMT Posh Club event focuses on a body part, or area, that guides decisions on special guest selection, food and drink options, giveaways, vendors, and Posh Bag contents.  The mission of the KMT Posh Club is to invite all women to a place in order to invoke lifestyle changes from the inside out in the areas of fitness, futrition, and fashion.
