The owner of the company Shaun agreed with the payment of $60.00 for a delivery upon arrival to the job site, the owner Shaun walked off the site; failing to deliver. The owner of the moving company demanded more money- without cause the mover and business owner left the consumer standing without cause or communication.

This company failed to deliver the service it claims to provide, by leaving the site without any cause or communication leaving the consumer and merchandise stuck over the weekend. The consumer stated she explained to the owner of the company the payment. The owner agreed to the payment amount and understood she had limited time, due to her mother's health. Upon arrival the hustler (business owner) Shaun demanded more money because of an extra chair- he was not scheduled to move. The consumer was willing to place the chair in her car (alone) without his assistance; but the (businessowner) Shaun did not wait to learn an alternate (option) for the chair removal. Shaun (businessowner of moving company) walked of the site without talking it over with consumer.
