About the founders
Cenaca B. Cyprian, M.S., LWMS
TeamNakedFine was founded by Cenaca Cyprian in 2013. It started as a vision to create an internet-based community for women to support, encourage, educate, and empower other women to live a healthy lifestyle, thus was born the #TeamNakedFine Facebook group. In 2014, Cenaca partnered with Cindy Goodson to leverage her expertise in the field of nutrition, fitness and team building, to co-create products and programs to serve both of their audiences on a larger scale.
Mrs. Cyprian is a native of Jackson, MS and resides in Houston, TX with her husband Donald. She is a graduate of Jackson State University with a B.S. in Health Care Administration, and holds a M.S. degree in Health Service Administration from Mississippi College and is a Certified Lifestyle Weight Management Specialist. She was the Co-Chair of the Health and Wellness Ministry at New Hope Baptist Church in Jackson and a Health and Wellness Coordinator for the City of Houston. She has been providing
educational inspiration and motivation since 2005 to over hundreds of women to help decrease the risk of obesity, type 2 diabetes, and high blood pressure. Cenaca’s personal passion to improve the health statistics globally stems from her bout with high blood pressure at the young age of 25. A big scare that propelled her to take her own health and fitness very seriously and desiring to partner with other women who desire to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle.
Cindy L. Goodson, M.A., M.S.
Motivational speaker, life extension specialist, college instructor, author, and former national recording artist, Cindy was born to entertain and inspire. She’s holds a B.S. in Public Affairs from Texas Southern University along with an M.A in Literature with an emphasis in creative writing, and an M.S. in Fitness & Human Performance, both from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
Passionate about women’s wellness she leverages more than 15 years helping clients and peers strike the same balance between personal aspirations and professional success. Cindy G. the EduTainer, as her friends call her, inspires thousands of women with her courses, blogs, as well as wellness products and programs. After a swift turn of events, due to physical burnout and toxicity, Cindy found herself helplessly depleted and in the intensive care unit, battling for her life. A deadly bout with iron-deficiency anemia had nearly taken her out.
Determined to get her life back, she spent years in research and implemented a lifestyle change using the power of self-healing, and switching to a whole food, minimally processed, plant-based diet. Regaining her health and vitality, she has dedicated her life to helping women to heal, supercharge their health, reinvent themselves, share their voice, and make a greater difference in the world.
