‘Bio Body Coach’ available on the iTunes app store and coming soon to the Android market”

SOUTH YARRA, Australia - Aug. 9, 2014 - PRLog -- Bio Body Coach is an organization and information tool for people who follow a dietary or training program, whether it be a recognized structure like Herbalife or Isagenix, or just for a people wishing to be more diligent with their own eating or training habits.

Bio Body Coach allows the user to create a profile page that includes a tab to input body measurements that go beyond just weight. The app stores this information against the date to create progress reports in a chart or graph to show the user just how far they have come.

The app user can create up to 5 daily plans, each plan will be an item-by-item layout of the users day, including food, supplements, vitamins, shakes or medication. The user sets an alert time for each item on their plan. The app already has a 1000 food item database with calorie information, the user can add to their database if they can’t find what they are looking for. On the calendar within the app the user can select one of the plans they created and assign it to the calendar for the present day or future dates. As the alerts ring out the user can tick off each item as they go and the planner will show how many calories they have consumed.

Bio Body Coach has a training function where the user can input how many km’s/kg’s or reps they do for a wide range of exercises so they are able to look back and follow the routine they created or strive to beat it each time.
