ERC Raises Funds for the 26th Annual Schreiber Pediatric Rubber Duckie Race & Festival

LANCASTER, Pa. - Aug. 8, 2014 - PRLog -- ERC (http://ercofpa.com/), one of the largest residual waste-processing facilities in the mid-Atlantic region, headquartered in Lancaster, PA, was a proud sponsor of the 26^th Annual Schreiber Pediatric Rubber Duckie Race & Festival held on Sunday, July 27, 2014.

The Rubber Duckie Race, held at Lancaster County Central Park, featured 25,000 rubber duckies swimming down the Conestoga River in support of thousands of children with special needs who receive treatment at Schreiber Pediatric.

ERC was a Rubber Duckie Racer Sponsor and raised funds for Schreiber during its annual customer appreciation golf tournament. ERC also supported the event by donating a dumpster, 25 food waste toters and two Handicap portable toilets. This is the first year that ERC partnered with Schreiber Pediatric to participate in the Rubber Duckie event.

Schreiber Pediatric Rehab Center, located in Lancaster, PA, provides family-centered education and therapy programs for infants, children and adolescents with disabilities, developmental delays and acquired injuries. Funds raised for the Schreiber Pediatric Rubber Duckie Race benefit the therapies and programs of Schreiber Pediatric Rehab Center.
