Rosenfeld Einstein Honored Again as One of South Carolina’s Best Places to Work for 2014

GREENVILLE, S.C. - Aug. 8, 2014 - PRLog -- South Carolina-based insurance agency Rosenfeld Einstein, a Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC Company, has again been ranked as one of South Carolina’s Best Places to Work for 2014 among companies with fewer than 250 employees, coming in at #20 in the 2014 competition.  Honorees of the program are determined from information compiled by SC BIZ magazine and Best Companies Group of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.  This is the sixth time in seven years that Rosenfeld Einstein has been named among the Palmetto State’s top performing companies.

South Carolina’s Best Places to Work 2014 initiative identifies, recognizes and honors the top employers in South Carolina in two groups: companies with fewer than 250 employees, and companies with over 250 employees.  The program is sponsored by the S.C. Chamber of Commerce and SC BIZ News.

Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the Best Places to Work in South Carolina. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics.  The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
