Scott and Company CPAs Ranked #13 South Carolina’s Best Places to Work 2014

GREENVILLE, S.C. - Aug. 8, 2014 - PRLog -- Scott and Company LLC, one of South Carolina’s leading accounting, tax and consulting firms, has been ranked as one of South Carolina’s Best Places to Work for companies with fewer than 250 employees, coming in at #13 in the 2014 competition.

The firm was ranked among the top companies to work for in the Palmetto State for the third consecutive year among companies with under 250 employees in 2013.  Honorees of the program are determined from information compiled by SC BIZ magazine and Best Companies Group of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

South Carolina’s Best Places to Work 2014 initiative identifies, recognizes and honors the top employers in South Carolina in two groups: companies with fewer than 250 employees, and companies with over 250 employees.  The program is sponsored by the S.C. Chamber of Commerce and SC BIZ News.

Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the Best Places to Work in South Carolina. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics.  The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
