Scott Zigler Joins Lee & Associates Kansas City as a Director in Retail

KANSAS CITY, Kan. - Aug. 8, 2014 - PRLog -- KANSAS CITY, Kansas—August 8, 2014--Scott Zigler, a 15-year veteran in commercial real estate, has joined the Kansas City office of Lee & Associates (http://www.lee-associates.com/), the largest broker-owned firm in the nation. Zigler, who is a specialist in retail services, comes on board as a director in retail.

Zigler’s primary focus will be buyer and tenant representation, owner and landlord listings, investment sales, development and client strategy. Since 2008, Zigler has overseen real estate investments and transactions involving more than $2 billion, including leasing, sales, investments, development and advisory services.

Before joining Lee & Associates, he was the Managing Principal of Elucidate Real Estate, which he founded in 2008. From 2003 to 2008, he was Development Director at General Growth Properties, where he was responsible for repositioning and redevelopment of shopping malls and community centers nationally. Prior to GGP, he was an Associate Broker at Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler in Chicago.

A graduate of the Graaskamp Center for Real Estate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business, Ziegler is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors (KCRAR), Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association / Mentor Program (WREAA) and is on various committees and boards with the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Kansas City (RMHC-KC).
