FEEDNH.ORG LAUNCH ANNOUNCED - Great NH Restaurants’ New Charitable Trust

MANCHESTER, N.H. - Aug. 7, 2014 - PRLog -- New Hampshire - Great NH Restaurants, the parent company to T-BONES, Cactus Jack’s, and Copper Door is proud to announce their new non-profit, FEEDNH.org – Great NH Restaurants’ Charitable Trust. Now celebrating their 30^th year in business, Great NH Restaurants has been well known for their dedication to giving back to the community. Their efforts are wide-spread throughout the state with events such as “Thanks for Giving” and have donated over $1,000,000 in gift certificates to thousands of non-profit organizations since 1984.

“Our goal has always been to be an active member of our community and giving back means so much to our entire organization. Our team is always looking for ways to do even more, and launching this new initiative is a great milestone for our 30^th Anniversary,” states Tom Boucher, owner and CEO of Great NH Restaurants. FEEDNH.org will benefit Families, Education (as it relates to secondary/higher education hospitality school scholarships, and educating children/adults on healthy culinary), Elderly, and the Disadvantaged in New Hampshire.

The Charitable Trust’s Board of Directors have chosen this acronym as these groups align with Great NH Restaurants’ values as a caring and thoughtful company and aligns perfectly with their family driven culture. The mission of FEEDNH.org is to strengthen New Hampshire communities through philanthropic collaboration, dedicated employee involvement and volunteerism benefiting local Families, Education, Elderly, and the Disadvantaged. The restaurant group has chosen to form the charitable trust as a way to streamline its community work and put itself in a position to provide donations that have a significantly larger impact on specific initiatives in the community.

FEEDNH.org has scheduled their 1^st Annual Golf Tournament in partnership with Martignetti Companies of NH, to be held on August 25, 2014 at the Manchester Country Club and will be the trust’s first major fundraiser. Centrix Bank, Hendrick’s Gin, and Anheuser Busch are among the leading sponsors for the tournament respectively as the Platinum, Signature, and Gold sponsors.
