Protochips and FEI have agreed to sell Protochips’ in situ sample holders to FEI’s customers throughout its international territories, greatly expanding capabilities in markets including batteries, catalysis, life sciences and semiconductors. Customers will now have the ability to purchase Protochips in situ products from FEI at the time of their new instrument purchase.  Protochips has developed its products to meet FEI’s technical and safety requirements in all markets, domestic and international.
