Yum! Brands to Speak at 6th Global Benefits Conference

MaryBeth has worked at Yum! for six years on the Total Rewards Design Team in retirement, healthcare, and wellness.

Prior to Yum!, MaryBeth worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers for 13 years as a CPA and auditor before moving into a variety of HR functions including campus and experienced recruiting, Employee Relations, Talent Management, and Development.

MaryBeth will be presenting on the topic “Global Trends and Winning Strategies in Workplace Wellness.” This session will discuss how The 2014 Global Survey of Health Promotion, Workplace Wellness and Productivity Strategies (Buck Consultants) shows continued growth of workplace wellness across the globe. As major challenges with regard to chronic disease and an aging workforce remain employers are looking to more proactive strategies around employee health and performance. Multi-national enterprises are leading the charge globally in creating healthier workforces in developed countries, and increasingly in emerging economies, such as Brazil, India and China. This session will introduce two multi-national employers, which have been successful in leveraging a global strategy and addressing the local challenges with regard to regulations and culture.
