The Salt Suite Opens New Second Location in Lake Worth, FL

LAKE WORTH, Fla. - Aug. 6, 2014 - PRLog -- The Salt Suite is happy to announce the opening of its second location in Lake Worth.  Our address is 5500 S. State Road 7 Suite #110 in the Shops of Mission Lakes, adjacent to the SuperTarget.

Salt Therapy, also called halotherapy, is a holistic method that recreates the microclimate of a salt cave.  Dry salt aerosol is dispersed into a room where the walls and floor are covered with layers of salt.  A negative ion and antibacterial environment is created by the layering of salt on the walls and floor.  The dry salt aerosol is a key factor in the relief of symptoms for many health problems including respiratory and skin conditions.

Some of the conditions that are treated with salt therapy include; Allergies, Asthma, Bronchitis, COPD, Ear infections, Eczema, Hay Fever, Psoriasis, Sinusitis, Smoker’s cough and Stress.

Our adult suite has a maximum of 7 persons and is equipped with luxurious chairs and footrests.  Each person has their own divided space to completely relax. Inside the salt rooms, you can enjoy one of our magazines, listen to relaxing music, meditate, or simply rest.  Please feel free to bring your own reading material.

Our children’s suite is designed to provide kids with a playful environment while they receive therapeutic treatment.  It is an interactive, engaging space.  There is a TV available with Netflix to entertain the kids with movies and cartoons.  There is a “kid’s table” with books, puzzles, and a multitude of toys to play with, but it’s the salt on the floor that the kids enjoy most!

When you enter the adult and children salt suites, you will see that the floors and walls are covered in Dead Sea salt.  This creates a negative ion and bacteria free environment.  There is no recirculated air in the rooms.  Our ventilation system works through the entire session to circulate the air, exhausting the used air out and clean air in.

A typical Salt Therapy session is 45 minutes long.  Sessions start 30 minutes after the hour every hour.  Customers just wear comfortable casual clothes with socks on.  First session is free with no obligation.
