And finally there will always be corruption, due to the fact that the best method to convert what is called ‘black’ money, which is unaccounted for cash into white is to create deals with builders that simply do not go through. Politicians are the prime promoters of this practice and the builders well want to establish connections with politicians both in power and out of power. It is also beneficial for them because they can bend the law in the future to get fake clearances and certificates’
