acQuire and Atlas Copco Collaboration Gives Miners New Insight While Drilling

PERTH, Australia - Aug. 6, 2014 - PRLog -- acQuire Technology Solutions Pty Ltd (acQuire), global specialists in Geoscientific Information Management (GIM), and Atlas Copco, a Swedish manufacturer of industrial tools and equipment, announce a partnership to integrate acQuire’s GIM solution with Atlas Copco’s OREAlyzer technology.

Drill rigs will be capable of analysing minerals during the drilling process with Atlas Copco’s new OREAlyzer product. The collaboration between the two companies allows miners to use acQuire’s technology to create and materialize the value from the drilling equipment in real time. The result is an immediate understanding of the potential of a borehole that helps geologists and business managers make more effective decisions.
