Caffe Primo to Open Three New Locations in Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES - Aug. 5, 2014 - PRLog -- Global real estate investment and services firm Kennedy Wilson has closed three lease transactions for new Caffe Primo locations in Los Angeles. With the addition of these new sites, the leader in the next generation of cafés expands to five locations, which will total two in West Hollywood, two in Santa Monica, and one in downtown, Los Angeles.

“Recognized as ‘Best of LA’ by Los Angeles Magazine, Caffe Primo has made a name for itself by bringing the style and ambience of Italian coffeehouses and espresso bars to Los Angeles,” said Lee Shapiro, executive vice president of Kennedy Wilson’s Brokerage Group, which represented Caffe Primo. “These locations are strategically positioned in areas of high-traffic retail and entertainment areas to effortlessly attract business.”

In addition to Shapiro, Ed Sachse, executive managing director, and Justin Weiss, senior associate, represented the landlord on the 6,530-square-foot space located directly across from the Los Angeles Convention Center at 1340 S. Figueroa St, while Christine Deschaine, senior vice president, represented the landlord for the Santa Monica location at 702 Arizona St.

Construction is underway on the 4,970-square-foot West Hollywood location at 7111 Santa Monica Blvd, which is expected to open in December of this year. Construction on the two additional locations is scheduled to begin later this year.
