Hamilton Honda’s biggest showing was at the Hamilton Township fireworks and concert celebration. The weather postponed the event until the day after July 4, but the dealership was still able to provide 23 cars for display at the entrance and by the stage. They also had 15 staff members on hand to welcome concert-goers and introduce them to the newest 2014 Honda products.
The annual event was the largest so far, with nearly 8,000 people in attendance. The evening, which featured various vendors and a musical performance from the Fabulous Grease band, was capped with a fireworks show after dark.
The East Windsor Township Celebration took place at Etra Lake Park featuring live music from two local six-piece bands: Jerry Rife’s Rhythm Kings Dixieland Jazz Band from the Delaware Valley area and the Trenton Brass Quintet Plus One from Central Jersey, which performed Americana and a variety of popular melodies. A fireworks display immediately followed the live music, around 9:30 p.m.
