NY Times Best-Selling Author Stedman Graham Providing Keynote at CCME’s Annual Symposium

The conference, “Innovative Pathways to Military Student Success,” is now accepting proposals for concurrent session presenters

ANAHEIM, Calif. - Aug. 4, 2014 - PRLog -- Anaheim, Cali. — August 4, 2014 — A keynote speech generally establishes the tone for a conference. To help set the mood for the 2015 Council of College and Military Educators annual professional development symposium, Stedman Graham will serve as the morning kickoff speaker.

Graham is the chairman and CEO of management and marketing firm, S. Graham & Associates. He has also authored 11 books, including two New York Times best-sellers, You Can Make It Happen: A Nine-Step Plan for Success and Teens Can Make It Happen: Nine Steps to Success. In his speech he will share insights on identity development, identity leadership and his nine-step success process.

“One of our missions is to help military and veteran students serve as leaders in their communities. With Stedman serving as a thought leader in this area, we should be better prepared to help our students succeed in this mission,” said Jim Yeonopolus, CCME’s president.

This year’s symposium is taking place Jan. 26-29 at the Anaheim Marriott. In addition to CCME’s usual focus on military and veteran students’ education, this year’s event investigates the innovation that not only enhances student success, but also the technology that allows for these advancing techniques.

Concurrent session proposals are now being accepted. CCME is seeking academic, corporate and federal organizations that provide educational programs and service partnerships to share their best practices and engage in thoughtful dialogue with attendees.
