According to Tom Lynum, "the Beltram room was 'retired' with approximately half of its square footage going to a brand new room, William. The remainder of space from the Beltram was added to the Joseph room, expanding its square footage allowing for the addition of an awesome, antique, stained glass king bed imported from Germany."
Built in 1881, the spacious home features Queen Anne style elements throughout. Ten fireplaces, parquet floors, original chandeliers, painted canvas ceiling, cherry and oak woodwork, many stained glass windows, and decorated in the late Victorian style.
