Matt Jerrells Joins GATES as Project Manager

Southwest Fla.  (August 1, 2014) – GATES is pleased to announce the addition of Matt Jerrells as Project Manager.  Jerrells is responsible for the overall project management of projects assigned to him, from the pre-construction stage and permitting, through construction, to owner occupancy.

Jerrells has 20 years of experience in the construction industry with a wide variety of experience including AHCA/health care projects, industrial, education, commercial, and municipal projects.  He is a LEED Accredited Professional with a 30-hour OSHA safety certification.  Jerrells recent projects include Mason Classical Academy in Naples, updates for Lee and Collier County Public Schools, The Cottages at Old Corkscrew Golf Club in Estero, and the Copperleaf Country Club renovation in Bonita Springs.
