Private Lender Organization to Host Event for Regional Real Estate Professionals

PHILADELPHIA - Aug. 1, 2014 - PRLog -- Philadelphia, PA – The American Association of Private Lenders (AAPL) will host an East Coast Regional Conference in Philadelphia, on Aug. 3-4, at the Hyatt Regency Penn’s Landing. The two-day event will bring together the “best of the best,” representing the private lending industry; elevating the levels of education and networking.

The speakers scheduled include private lending professionals that represent years of combined experience in the industry: Steve Downs, Falls Event Center; Tony Martinez, Asset Ventures, LLC; Jack Kiley, MidAtlantic IRA; Eddie Speed, NoteSchool; Tim Herriage and John Cantleberry, B2R; Dave VanHorn, PPR; Craig Zappetti, Saul Ewing; Mike Dubatto, CamaPlan; Joe Downs, US Mortgage Resolution; and Fuquan Bilal, National Note Group.

“It has been a goal of the AAPL to expand its footprint throughout the United States,” said AAPL Executive Director Matt Benson. “We are thankful to The Mortgage Office, B2R, and Falls Event Centers for spearheading the effort to bring the AAPL Regional Conference to Philadelphia. We are looking forward to a couple days of networking and education.”

The AAPL is a Kansas City based organization that supports real estate investors and real estate service providers across the country.
