PRLog - July 31, 2014 - DALLAS -- Order Management Systems’ Software platform enables B2B and B2C companies to manage their orders, inventory, sales, customers, and overall product fulfillment from anywhere in the world.
Order Management Systems
The software is tailored towards small to medium-sized product centered companies who can’t afford or don’t want to operate a full-scale product fulfillment department within their company (warehouse, pick-packing, packaging, distribution, Etc.), so that they can focus on properly developing and marketing their products.
According to their website, “The OMS [Software] Platform is designed to meet each individual client’s specific needs. All of our modules interface with some of the industry’s leading E-Commerce Platforms, ERP Systems, Call Centers, and Payment Gateways.”
Order Management Systems has five warehouses set up around the world — Dallas, Fort Myers, Jakarta, Melbourne, and Sydney — to accommodate all of their international clients.
In 2013, they increased their revenue to $657K, a 45% increase from 2012. In the last 24 months, three of their five main competitors have been acquired and Order Management Systems’ officials project that their revenue will increase to a little over $1.5M by the end of 2014.
Jason Palmer a rep for OMS stated “Our software is the strongest in the market, whether you are a trials company running 5,000 orders a day or traditional e-commerce store the OMS system is designed so our clients can not only capture orders and manage customer accounts but they can now actually use that data for remarketing and optimizing the overall value of each customer or lead they acquire.” Jason went on to explain that the OMS software does not have to be connected to their in house fulfillment services and can be connected to virtually any 3 party vendor via Open API connections and web hooks.
