As Vice President, Product, Larry is responsible for defining and driving Spotlite’s product development strategy across the Company’s full suite of products including Spotlite Choice, Spotlite Central and Spotlite Relay. Effective July 14, Larry replaced Andrew MacGill, who was promoted to Vice President of Strategic Development, a new position. Larry reports to Spotlite founder and CEO Chris Hill.

His expertise will play a key role in taking our already best-in-class products to the next level,” said Chris.
Before joining Spotlite, Larry was Vice President, Product Management for EZLinks Golf, Inc. In this role, he rebuilt a flailing product management function, and implemented a product development process and roadmap to support a suite of B2B products and B2C site.
Previously, Larry was Vice President, Product Management for Restaurant.com. During his tenure, he turned around an inefficient product development lifecycle and ineffective relationships between IT and marketing, as well as all other business functions.
Before joining Restaurant.com, Larry was Vice President, Product Management for FTD Group, Inc. In this role, he led critical growth initiatives within the Florist Division. He was responsible for website hosting (Florists Online), 3rd Party Web Development, Paid Search Advertising, and other Internet Marketing tools provided to Florist Members to support their online businesses. Larry also served as Vice President of Technology and Product Management with FTD.com and as Vice President, Product Development for Mercury Technology at FTD Group, Inc.
Larry holds an MS degree in Engineering Management from Northwestern University and an MBA in Finance, Marketing, Operations and Technology from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University.
