Free CEN-ERGY Wellness Fair Brings Wellness Experts to Montrose Community

MONTROSE, Calif. - July 30, 2014 - PRLog -- Lack of time is one of the top reasons people give for why they fail to exercise, eat well, and take care of their health and well-being. Yet, numerous studies and news reports have confirmed the benefits of exercise, relaxation, nutrition, and self-care for the prevention of illness and for greater quality of life.

“While most people know that there are local resources to support their health, it can be overwhelming to research the options, especially with limited time constraints,” explains Samantha Lawrence, TheraYoga Founder and Certified Yoga Instructor (E-RYT 500). “That’s why we partnered with some of our most respected wellness colleagues to create the CEN-ERGY Wellness Fair and give members of the community a chance to meet the local experts who can help them live healthier lives.” Hosted by TheraYoga, the CEN-ERGY Wellness Fair brings together local leaders on healthy lifestyle topics from fitness and nutrition, to massage and yoga, physical therapy and chiropractic, creativity and personal style. The presenters are experienced wellness practitioners drawn from the local areas of Montrose, La Canada, La Crescenta, Pasadena, and Glendale.

Held from 1:00-4:00pm on Saturday, August 23^rd at TheraYoga, the CEN-ERGY event is free and open to the public, offering free product samples, drawings, coupons and special offers.
